WE went out yesterday for several hours and found the cohos and browns in a few places. Navy Pier is holding a huge amount of fish. The "slush line", just inside of the cribs , is also holding many fish. The surface patterns, dodgers/small flies, and spoons fished down 5 feet, back 40 feet, on the riggers with orange spoons, is working well for cohos, The browns are down 10-18 feet feeding on spoons that resemble Gobies(brown/gold/black). SLOW is the way to go (!.8-2.1 knots, S.O.G)
The shore guys are having a tough time since the water warmed up.
